040214. Ollie the Zombie, part I.
L ast weekend it was at least a bit different & interesting. The best metal abnd in the country Nocturnal Rites was in town and shot a video for their new track called Awakening in a lime stone plant at Kallholn. For details, check at their website. My photos from the event will shown here pretty soon.E xept the band members, the entire project was under taken by locals, interested in film or by people that was into metal. I got a part of a Zombie, wandering about with a large wrech in few shots. if the director Niclas Bäckar, the lead singer of Bäddsoffan Brinner. From that band, the guitarist, Peter Asp, were in charge of solving waht ever that could go wrong. At my perspective, everything worked like clock work. I made suggestion that I would use a chain saw, but the director thought that it would be a bit more safe with the giant wrech. The wrench it self was soon christened as Sharon... The film making consist of a lot of waiting, which was fun as the mix of people involved were just great and few moments of real action.
A s I guess that you might be interested in gossip, I could make up for some, but I can tell you, folks that they were bunch of nice guys and I guess that we became friends. I took a few shots from the whole thing including of the band but for now, I let them pic up their choises of them before I publish them here.
