031028. What's up?..
G od, I hate fall, it is getting darker and colder too.. What I have been up to lately, a plenty. First a new web site for trashcan is underway, it's better and and will be pop-up free, and most of all updated. The old version is more or less a "wanna have a gig.." type, but the new features a little more than that, new photo sessions in cold, snowy and worst of all windy. But the guys didn't complain, yet it was pretty early saturday. the images will be featured at the new site.A nyway, I have been busy to do more basic ideas of songs to be recorded. The schedule is still set and I am waiting to get a bite on the whole thing. The V-amp is still kept busy and my original RG is still kicking, and I haven't hooked up that Cry Baby yet. I guessI play in average a hour a day daily. And I guess that the original ideas on how it will be recorded still holds. I haven' spend a dime on new gear, but these will be puchased when so needed in the future. But I guess that I could make use of a new guitar and a fretless bass. I have had an eye on the new E-bow, that I tried out few weeks back. Also I need to check out the bass version of the V-amp, but there is no hurry...
I t is kind of amaizing to see some of the latest cheap keyboards. I had a chanche to see a demo on a Casio, I don't recall which one, but it had a work station, the works and sounded OK, with only a fraction of the price tag decade earlier. I could use some good organ sounds to beef up here and there....
